The CPR/AED & First Aid course offered by Roanoke CPR is designed to prepare you to respond to a wide variety of emergencies and is our most popular course! The course meets or exceeds OSHA training requirements and is accepted by a wide range of government and private organizations.

The Pediatric CPR/AED & First Aid course offered by Roanoke CPR is designed to meet the needs of those who work in child care and school settings. It is OSHA compliant and meets the requirements for VA DSS and the VA Dept of Education among others.
Bloodborne Pathogens
Bloodborne Pathogens
The Bloodborne Pathogens course offered by Roanoke CPR is designed to meet or exceed the required training defined by the OSHA bloodborne pathogen standard. The course can be taught by itself, or added to any other training.
MAT Training

We offer several versions of the DSS approved MAT training which instructs child care providers on the best practice for administering medication to children.
BLS for Healthcare Providers
BLS for Healthcare Providers
The Basic Life Support (BLS) course offered by Roanoke CPR is designed to train healthcare workers on how to respond to life-threatening emergencies such as cardiac arrest and choking. It is approved by CAPCE for EMS CEs and widely accepted in more than 150 healthcare-related occupations. While we follow the most current AHA guidelines, the course will not meet the requirements for employers or agencies who require a certification issued by AHA (such as Carilion Clinic).

The CPR/AED course offered by Roanoke CPR is designed specifically for laypeople and is an excellent choice for CPR and defibrillator training in both community and workplace settings. This extremely flexible program will help prepare individuals to respond to sudden cardiac arrest (SCA) and choking incidents. This CPR and AED course conforms to the most up to date AHA Guidelines Update for CPR and ECC.
